Whenever possible I recommend hotels and partners that actively benefit their local environment and community. I am constantly educating myself as a member of Virtuoso’s Sustainability Community, and The Green Edit: Travel (Easy Tips for the Eco-Friendly Traveller) by Juliet Kinsman is an inspiring and informative book on how we can all travel better.

I was lucky enough to live in Ibiza for almost four years, and I am proud to be a donor of Ibiza Preservation, a fantastic organisation fighting climate change by funding and leading sustainable and eco-friendly projects in Ibiza and Formentera. I worked with two of its key initiatives - Ibiza Produce and Plastic Free Ibiza & Formentera - throughout 2019 before my return to the UK.
